I, the seller*, own all calculator(s)/items that are being sold back and I, the seller*, have the right to resell selected calculator(s)/item(s). 

We do not buy back any YELLOW calculator(s) or any YELLOW calculator(s) with SCHOOL PROPERTY wrote on them!!!

Seller* agrees to pay for return shipping if they use the incorrect description for a calculator(s)/item(s) or if they do not agree with the offer price* from SellYourCalculators.com

Seller* agrees to buying insurance and/or delivery confirmation numbers to ensure safe delivery of calculator(s)/item(s). 
SellYourCalculators.com recommends buying insurance and a delivery confirmation number but is not responsible for these fees or if these recommendations are not followed. 

Sellers* agree to not ship a single item using PRIORITY MAIL.  If priority mail is used the seller agrees to pay the difference.

Sellers* agree to use a package or box that fits the items/calculators correctly if they are selling 10 calculator(s)/items use a Medium sized flat rate priority box or for 20 calculato(rs)/items use a Large sized flat rate priority box and NOT to use any oversized box or shipping package in relation to what they are selling.  Seller agrees to pay for charges that are in excess or that are not resonable for calculator(s)/item(s) being shipped.

Seller* agrees not to hold SellYourCalculators.com or its employees or anyone related to SellYourCalculators.com responsible in any way implied or not implied for Non Receipt of 3rd party or SellYourCalculators.com payment of money owed.  SellYourCalculators.com will work with every client if money owed is not received and can be proved that it was not received.

If an item is marked incorrectly, SellYourCalculators.com will email the seller and inform them about the CORRECT PRICE.  Seller* agrees to the CORRECT PRICE after three days of no email response back.  If the seller* does not agree to the CORRECT PRICE they agree to pay for the proper shipping amount for the items to be shipped back to them. 

Seller* agrees not to hold SellYourCalculators.com or its employees or anyone related to SellYourCalculators.com responsible in any way implied or not implied for BROKEN, LOST, or NON DELIVERED calculator(s)/item(s).

SellYourCaculators.com is not a representative for any company for the items we will buy.

*Offer Price is the price SellYourCalculators.com is willing to pay each Seller* and is automated from website.
